Full payment is required at time of application and must be in the form of a money order or check payable to "GSA" or credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover). To make payment by credit card, include the type of card, name of credit card holder (exactly as printed on card), account number, expiration date, security code, and the amount to be charged. Please be certain that the card holder signs the application in the designated space.

Included in Space Rental Fee

• 8'-high pipe and back drapes, 36"-high side dividers and carpeting. Each exhibit space will measure approximately 10' x 10';
   

• Identification sign with exhibitor’s name and exhibit number measuring 7" x 44";
   

• One 6’ draped table, 2 pull-up chairs and a wastebasket;
   

• Up to 200 pounds of advance warehouse drayage service (receiving, storage, delivery);
   

• Listing on the GSA 2008 Drosophila Conference Web site with hyperlink to exhibitor’s site;
   

• One copy of the Program and Abstracts Volume for each 10' x 10' space leased;
   

• Exclusive opportunity to purchase meeting pre-registration list before the conference, and following the conference;
   

• Passes for guests of exhibitors to view exhibits, available in limited quantities on site;
   

• Listing with product descriptions in the Guide to Exhibits as part of the Program and Abstracts Volume;
   

• Exhibitor registration for six company representatives for each space leased; and
   

• Admittance to all scientific sessions and posters for exhibit personnel.

Sponsorships

Your company is invited to exclusively sponsor refreshment breaks as well as other events during the conference. Sponsorship package includes:

• Complete exhibit package (including booth)
   

• Inside full page ad (black and white, alphabetical placement) in Program and Abstracts Book
   

• Listing on sponsorship page in Program and Abstracts Book
   

• Signage at event
   

• Acknowledgment on meeting website with hyperlink to sponsor website

Sponsorships will be awarded based on first offer received (i.e., form and check or credit card received date). If the requested event has already been assigned, GSA will contact the exhibitor's representative to discuss other available options. Pricing for sponsorships is as follows:

• 1 Afternoon or evening coffee break during poster sessions (4 opportunities, specific date/time offered based on receipt of form and payment) $3,500
   

• 1 Coffee break during scientific sessions (4 opportunities, specific date/time offered based on receipt of form and payment) - $4,500
   

• 1 Continental breakfast (1 opportunity) – $6,500
   

• 1 Networking luncheon (1 opportunity) - $9,000

Advertising in the Program and Abstracts Volume is an excellent way to increase exposure to Drosophila Conference Attendees.  Circulated to over 1,500 geneticists, the book is used long after the conference is over.
