Invitation to Exhibit/Sponsor

Dear Industry Supplier:

You are invited to exhibit at the 49th Annual Drosophila Research Conference to be held at the Town & Country Resort & Convention Center Hotel in San Diego, California, April 2–6, 2008 (official exhibit dates April 3-5). This popular conference provides the Drosophila scientific community with an unparalleled opportunity to network and learn about the latest breakthroughs in the area of Drosophila research.

Over 1,500 scientists, academicians, research laboratory directors and staff members, as well as advanced degree students of Drosophila genetics and other biological sciences from around the world are expected. There will be a wide variety of plenary and platform sessions in addition to the popular poster displays (also located in the exhibit hall). Daily poster sessions are scheduled during exhibit hours.

Your company is also invited to increase your exposure by exclusively sponsoring special events during the conference. These special opportunities include the full booth package as well as a full-page ad in the Program and Abstract volume and more.

We hope the 49th Annual Drosophila Research Conference is a meeting that will be on your show calendar for 2008.

Sincerely,
Suzy Brown, CMP
